Having Foggy Memory? Don't Forget to Deal With Stress


This is quite normal to forget where you put your keys or parked the car once in awhile. Anyone dealt with these phenomena. Remember that even if you are getting older, it does not mean that you need to accept failures and memory fog as they are unavoidable age-related changes.

Often, people are pushing to their limits, not knowing that there are physical, emotional and even mental consequences for such actions. Working 20 hours a day can help you buy on-die-for an hour or fund your collection of high-end toys, but in the long run your health will suffer. Sleep deprivation, fatigue and stress of working two fifty-eight jobs full time every day can really take a toll on your brain function.

So what should you do? Know when to quit. Working to death can give you lots of money now, but you save money will probably just go to the hospital bills and medication because you did not take care of your body and mind. Over-tiredness can be a major factor in causing the phase of memory episodes.

To help you cope with stress, you need to find ways to relax from all the pressures brought work, family, studies or what have you. How would your body and brain to function properly, they need nutritious food, such as those containing vitamins and minerals. Thus, increased servings of vegetables and fruits to at least five days.

If you have junk and processed food lover, you must change your diet and start eliminating toxins and waste that is built inside of you. These, incidentally, can also cause blurring of your memory.
